Annette is a seasoned VP-level executive and board member with extensive experience in industries undergoing transformational change. She is a proven leader in General Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, Operational Excellence (CI), and Project Management, working closely with senior stakeholders including regional Mayors and government bodies.
Since 2006, Annette has held executive roles supporting CEOs in a number of global companies, including FTSE100-listed Aerospace & Defence firms. She brings around fifteen years of boardroom experience, advising boards while leading executive Procurement and General Management roles, including the development and leadership of women’s leadership programs. With over 30 years of experience across supply chains, she has managed procurement and supply chain operations, driven operational improvements across multiple companies and cultures, and taken P&L responsibility for a business unit in Asia. Annette has also led divestments of non-core businesses and acquisitions of global strategic importance, including acting as a shareholder representative during Rolls-Royce’s acquisition of Goodrich.
Since 2011, Annette has served as a director on the board of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance, the regional body for the Aerospace, Defence, and Security industries. In this role, she provides strategic review and oversight of regional business, financial, and planning decisions, and chairs the Supply Chain Performance Group, supporting national initiatives and SME organizations.
Annette holds an MBA and has undertaken General Management training at Cranfield School of Management. She has also completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Washington State University and the G100 Women’s Leadership C-Suite Program in New York.
Andy has over 30 years’ experience in top-tier organisations leading high value and often complex programmes, projects and Supply Chains globally across the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Industrial sectors. Andy is a seasoned professional frequently having full responsibility for team and project leadership, strategy, negotiations, profit /loss, project deliverables, risk management, resources and customer, supplier and stakeholder management.
Throughout his career, Andy has delivered many significant and tangible benefits to organisations including SIOP, new product introductions, business transformations, rooftop consolidations, cost reductions and margin improvements by developing and delivering strategies for business case, project execution, transformation and process improvements. Andy is known to be technically and commercially astute and is comfortable leading and operating both strategically and tactically as appropriate.
In recent years, Andy has embraced digitalisation and is highly experienced in developing, managing and visualising large data cubes utilising Excel and Power BI for SIOP, dashboards, scorecards and project performance.
Andy is a Mechanical Engineer by background and holds the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
